Community Housing

The Housing Service Center’s trained professionals can help you choose the right housing option in the local community. The HSC maintains a current database of available rental properties—including houses, apartments, and townhomes—in Orange and Los Angeles counties.

Find Housing & List Rentals

HOMES.mil is an official DoD website that helps Service members, families, and DoD civilians find housing in the local community. Property managers may list rental units at no cost.

Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH)

Service members living in the community receive Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH). Check your current BAH rate.

Lease Review & Support

Once you find a home in the community, the HSC can review your lease and help resolve issues between landlords and tenants. For assistance, call 562-626-7575.
