Community Housing
The Housing Service Center’s trained professionals can help you choose the right housing to meet your needs, whether in Military Family, Unaccompanied Housing or off base in Orange or Los Angeles county. The Housing Service Center (HSC) maintains a current database of available off-base community rental properties for houses, apartments and townhomes.

FIND HOUSING & LIST RENTALS
HOMES.mil is an official Department of Defense (DoD) website, dedicated to helping Service members, Families, and DOD civilians find housing. Property managers can list their rental units or houses at no cost.
BASIC HOUSING ALLOWANCE
When living in the community, you will be able to draw Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH). Find your current BAH rate.
LEASE REVIEW
Once you find your new home in the community, the HSC is still here to help you. We can review your lease and assist with resolving issues between landlords and tenants. For additional information on how our Housing Service Center can assist you, please call 562-626-7575.
