Housing Service Center (HSC)

The Housing Service Center (HSC) assists service members with applying for family housing, unaccompanied housing, and off-base community housing during arrival and departure. Our team provides relocation resources, guidance, and advocacy to help you secure the right housing option for your needs. The HSC works closely with Liberty Military Housing to support Sea Breeze Village residents with five-star service.

How to Apply for Family Housing

Begin your application by emailing the HSC at SealBeach_Housing@us.navy.mil. We will send all required forms electronically and guide you through the process.

Even if you plan to live off base, we strongly recommend applying for government family housing. Orange and Los Angeles counties have a high cost of living, and applying keeps you on the waiting list as a backup option.

If you apply within 30 days of your report date and no government housing is available, you may qualify for an Intra-Station Move, allowing your household goods to be moved at no cost when housing becomes available. All intra-station moves must be requested, approved, and funded before submitting a MOVE.mil or DITY move application.
