Retiree Support

Welcome to the Retired Activities Office (RAO) at Seal Beach. The RAO supports military retirees, their families, and eligible former spouses by helping them access the benefits and entitlements earned through military service. Retirees and spouses are welcome to call or email for assistance.

The RAO serves as a liaison between retirees and key agencies such as DFAS, BCNR, and the Department of Veterans Affairs. Many RAOs are staffed by volunteers who are military retirees themselves. Those interested in volunteering are encouraged to contact their nearest RAO.

Commands in the Seal Beach area may request workshops or briefs to be conducted locally by FFSC staff. Call 619-556-7404 to make arrangements.

Military and family members may use any Fleet & Family Support services at any military installation.
