Welcome To Fleet & Family Support

The Navy's Family Readiness programs have been afforded the highest visibility, advocacy and priority. In practical terms, this has resulted in increased services to family members, increased individual assistance and consultation, more varied educational programs, more proactive outreach, and delivery of family support services in locations most conducive to family member engagement. 

Fleet and Family Support Centers provides services such as relocation assistance, new parent support, deployment services, clinical counseling services, financial management counseling, family employment services, family advocacy and the transition assistance programs.

Work & Family Life Consultant

Adam Vandiver offers Fleet & Family Support at Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach to help Sailors and their families thrive and maintain Mission Readiness.

His office is located in Building 10, Room 103, with hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Seal Beach Commands may arrange workshops or briefs to be conducted in Seal Beach by FFSC Staff. Call (619) 556-7404 to make arrangements!

Military and family members are eligible to use any Fleet & Family Support services  on any military installation.

An  FFSC staff member regulary visits Seal Beach to provide services on location. Details will be provided by your Command.
